• In Q2 2020, the construction of  Phase 1 with a capacity of 98 MW was fully completed · Phase 1: 27 wind turbines with a capacity of 3.6 MW of GE Renewable Energy were installed; a 35/330 kV high-voltage electric substation and a 330 kV power transmission line were built
• Target total installed capacity of 500 MW by 2025
• Current permitting allow further capacity increase
