Eurocape attended seminar organized by Polish Wind Energy Association (PWEA) which introduced key changes stemming from the amendment of the RES Act which was published in the Journal of Laws on 29th of June 2018. This was long awaited action which enabled unblocking investments on the Polish renewable energy market.

Together with WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baher law firm PWEA have discussed the impact of new grid codes on auction projects in 2018, wind farm taxation in the eve of changes, as well as the possible changes to the auction format and rules.
