So Zalesie WF team have completed such steps:

Mechanical Completion: This marks the point where the wind turbine has been erected according to the specified technical requirements and is ready for the commissioning phase. A certificate is issued to confirm that the turbine is constructed and assembled correctly.

Commissioning Certificate: After the commissioning process, which involves a series of tests to ensure that the wind turbine is functioning properly and ready for production, a certificate is issued. This certifies that the wind turbine has passed all the necessary tests and is ready for trial operations.

Taking Over Certificate (TOC): This is a significant milestone in the wind farm's life cycle. It signifies that the subcontractor has fulfilled the contractual requirements for the wind farm, with the exception of minor items listed in a "punch list." The punch list items are typically smaller issues that need to be addressed promptly. The requirements for taking over are outlined in the contract and usually involve the submission of various documents and the completion of specified tests.

Receiving the TOC indicates that the wind farm is now under the responsibility of LongWing. It's a culmination of the construction phase and the transition to the operational phase of the wind farm's life cycle.
